Having worked with a number of implementations and process streamlining for new technological innovations, software and products of all sorts, as an IT head for my company, I was not looking forward to another change in my IT and data sharing setup. But, what has to be done, has to be done. We shortlisted Sharepoint engine as our partner for implementation of Sharepoint. I must say, their zeal to work, enthusiasm to learn our process, understand our needs and understand our exact needs and requirements had me thrilled. It was both exciting and a new learning curve for me as well. The technical skill of the team and the functional aspect understanding along with the sheer dedication to meet deadlines, resolve issues in time made working with them a great experience.
Of course, there were times when it seemed like a roller coaster ride, but the Sharepoint consultants worked with high level of professionalism, efficiency and never lost their cool. Always working towards their deadlines with zeal, taking inputs and criticism positively and most important involving all key stakeholders in the decision making process before implementing or making any change. Everyone felt involved with the team from Sharepoint and enjoyed the new implementation. And the end users have been able to use it even more efficiently thanks to their end user training sessions.
